Lauren's Hope Foundation was incorporated in April 2002 with the mission of providing funds for research focused on Sanfilippo Syndrome and closely related diseases. The Foundation's ultimate goal is to find a treatment or cure for these diseases. The Foundation was formed exclusively to receive and administer funds for scientific, educational, and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
