Contest Rules:
• Draw the picture
on an unlined piece of white paper.
•
Focus the colors on green,
blue, red, yellow, and black.
(The more colorful the better).
• Drawing can be colored
in markers or crayons. (or
a combination of markers
and crayons).
•
In their own handwriting,
include the contestant’s
first name only, and age.
